Transitional with a modern sensibility. -
Designed as a first home for a young family, this project centered on creating a space that felt relaxed, livable, and grounded in its surroundings. The architectural language is reflected throughout the interior, where materials and finishes draw directly from the exterior palette to create continuity.
Working remotely introduced a unique layer to the process, requiring clear communication and a high level of coordination with the architect and builder. Through a focused and efficient approach, the project moved forward smoothly despite distance and budget considerations.
The main living spaces are defined by neutral tones and natural materials, while a deeper, more intimate atmosphere emerges in the lower level. A forest green palette shapes this area into a more playful retreat, offering contrast while remaining connected to the overall composition of the home.
