This development project required a focused approach, balancing a high level of finish with a defined budget and timeline. The design centers on clean lines and a restrained material palette, creating a sense of quiet refinement throughout the home.

Particular care was taken to preserve the existing tree on site, shaping the structure around it through a cantilevered approach. This decision introduced a natural canopy to the roof deck, creating a connection to the landscape and a distinct spatial experience.

The result is a home that feels calm and intentional, where simplicity is supported by thoughtful detailing and a clear architectural direction.
