Spanish Modern -
This project focused on honoring the home’s architectural heritage while introducing a more contemporary interior direction. Original elements such as wood beams, rope detailing, and terra-cotta tiles were carefully preserved, maintaining the character and craftsmanship of the structure.
A more modern sensibility was introduced through clean lines, updated fixtures, and a curated mix of materials. The result is a layered interior that brings together tradition and modernity in a way that feels natural rather than forced.
The design reflects a more expressive palette, shaped in collaboration with the client. Pattern, color, and lighting are used with intention, creating a home that feels vibrant and personal while still grounded in proportion and balance.
